Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Growth Operations Analyst to join the Producer Oversight Team in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on managing key processes, standardizing workflows, and training team members to design better tools across departments.

You will report to the Associate Director of Sales Operations and work on cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and accuracy within the processing team. Tempe-based with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, Thursdays mandatory).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in health insurance, utilization management, or operations.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, and databases.
• Experience supporting building workflows, improving operations, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations processes.
• Be the subject matter expert on workflows and best practices; support team members and issue resolution.
• Escalate issues through proactive identification and collaboration with related teams.
• Create workflow documentation and resources for the team.
• Lookup and pull data from databases using internal tools.
• Build relationships with company partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
