Oscar Health Insurance is seeking a Manager to join our Growth Strategy and Operations Team in New York. This role supports cross-functional growth projects, translates priorities into executable plans, and helps prepare executive-ready materials for leadership reviews.
The Manager, Growth Operations reports to the Associate Director of Strategic Growth and will collaborate with analytics, finance, and business partners to size business cases, manage complex workstreams, and drive velocity
Qualifications
- 4+ years of strategy and operations experience in growth-focused roles.
- 4+ years managing complex workstreams or projects.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations for leadership.
- Experience sizing business cases and performing quantitative analysis.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional structures and build relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support design, planning, and execution of major strategic growth projects.
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration for seamless execution of targets.
- Develop executive presentations for senior leadership.
- Manage high-priority requests and rapid-response strategic tasks.
- Partner with analytics and finance to size business cases.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
