Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Growth Operations Analyst to join the Producer Oversight Team in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on managing key processes, standardizing workflows, and training team members to design better tools across departments.

You will report to the Associate Director of Sales Operations and work on cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and accuracy within the processing team. Tempe-based with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, Thursdays mandatory).

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Growth Operations Analyst to join our Producer Oversight Team.

About The Role

The Growth Operations Analyst manages important processes and is the subject matter expert on workflows and best practices within a processing team, and provides support and training to other team members. You will use your expertise to partner cross-functionally to design new tools and to produce the best processes and procedures across departments.

You will report into the Associate Director of Sales Operations.

Work Location

This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.

Pay Transparency

The base pay for this role is: $26.87 - $35.27 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year

Responsibilities

• Create workflow documentation and resources for the team

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in health insurance, utilization management, or operations
• 1+ years of technical proficiency working with Google sheets, excel, and databases
• 1+ years of experience supporting building workflows, improving operations, or project management

Bonus Points

• A bachelor's degree, associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior work experience in tech, healthcare, audit, or management consulting
• Experience writing and running SQL queries

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
