Oscar Health Insurance is hiring a Process Management Associate for our Network Operations Team in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on creating, analyzing, and improving business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work cross-functionally, report to the Director of Process Improvement, and operate in a hybrid schedule with in-office days. Compensation includes base pay, benefits, unlimited vacation, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in process management, process improvement or similar.
• 2+ years of experience using process management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end process management and mapping.
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or similar tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, including mapping and data collection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and determine objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies with SOPs and workflows.
• Use Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies.
• Lead or participate in process improvement projects to achieve outcomes.
• Monitor process performance with metrics and tools and report trends.
