Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate, Sales Enablement to join our Product Marketing Team in Tempe, AZ on a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days per week. The role drives our sales enablement strategy and marketing collateral across distribution channels to accelerate membership growth.

You will report to the Associate Director, Product Marketing and work with Growth, Legal, and Sales Operations to build high-impact assets while ensuring compliance and scalable training across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years commensurate experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, broker relations, account management, or corporate training.
• Demonstrated success building clear, scannable sales assets, training decks, and playbooks for broker audiences.
• Proven track record navigating CRM platforms (like Salesforce) and digital enrollment tools to track broker engagement metrics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with collaboration with Product Marketing, Legal, and Sales operations to manage compliance and rollout deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop Multi-Audience Collateral: design and deliver targeted enablement resources.
• Build B2B2C and Localized Toolkits: create state-specific market materials and enrollment guides.
• Architect Internal Training Programs: design and facilitate a comprehensive curriculum for growth teams.
• Support Strategic Event Execution: partner with Growth and Marketing to manage asset readiness for events and Open Enrollment calendar.
• Optimize the Resource Repository: gather feedback and maintain a centralized library of market-facing resources.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
