Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Director of Operations and Business Development in York to independently lead this branch with ongoing corporate training and support. You will develop a marketing plan, manage referrals, recruit and staff, build client relationships, and oversee the branch budget.

The role offers full-time work, a base salary of $80,000 plus a 20% quarterly profit share, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a company car, cell phone

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Successful in meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time M-F.
• Base salary ($80,000) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and monitor profit and loss statements.
• Create a culture that motivates and sets a high standard for the team in the territory.
