Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Charleston, WV seeks a Director to lead our local branch, driving growth, operations, and team performance with strong corporate training support.

You will develop a marketing plan, build referral partnerships, recruit and onboard staff, manage client intake, and oversee the budget while creating a culture of excellence. This role offers a base salary with a 20% quarterly profit share, health benefits, a company car, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time M-F

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead this branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create workplace culture; set standards, incentivize, and motivate the team.
