Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an autonomous Director to lead the Kearney branch with strong corporate training support. You will develop a regional marketing plan, build referral networks, recruit and onboard staff, manage on-call coverage, and drive client satisfaction while overseeing budgeting and profitability.

The role emphasizes independent leadership, sales growth goals, and a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Located in Kearney, NE, relocation is required for the position.

Qualifications

• Leader with experience managing a team.
• Proven ability to meet sales and business development goals.

• Experience with direct recruitment and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time schedule (Mon-Fri) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kearney branch independently with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure shifts are staffed; monitor on-call duties.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace culture and motivate the team to meet standards.
