Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a results-driven Director to lead and scale this established Philadelphia branch, with ongoing corporate training and support. You will own business development, referral partnerships, staffing, client intake, and financial management while shaping culture and morale.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with team management experience.
• Track record achieving sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and staff the team; monitor on-call coverage and client/caregiver interactions.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and monitor financial performance (profits/Loss statements).
• Create and sustain an engaging workplace culture and high team morale in your territory.
