Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Utilize KPI tools to improve membership revenue.
