Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a location. You will drive revenue growth, uphold safety and service standards, and cultivate a positive team culture as a key leader reporting to the Area Director.

The role requires 45–50 hours per week, with a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits, including health, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage performance and retention.
• Create schedules and ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Utilize KPI tools to monitor membership revenue and retention.
