Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee a location’s performance, operations, and team culture. You will drive revenue, ensure safety, and lead staff development while reporting to the Area Director. The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, sales acumen, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff development while driving revenue growth.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused workplace culture and address employee concerns.
• Create schedules, ensure maintenance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Manage costs with guidance from Area Director and BI dashboards.
• Handle payroll and adherence to company policies.
