Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Operations Engineer (Starlink Growth) to join our Growth Business Operations team. You will analyze data to inform decisions, develop predictive models, and lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and retention across Starlink hardware and services.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, finance, legal, and support teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights, while supporting both near-term execution and long-term planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, data science, physics or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ years in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, or related roles.
• 1+ years of Python, SQL, programming, or industrial project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve Starlink customer experience through analysis, prioritization, and implementation.
• Identify defects in user experience and drive operational improvements.
• Use end-user metrics to drive global retention and engagement improvements across hardware and services.
• Develop predictive models and drive outreach campaigns, automation, and changes.
• Collaborate across engineering, customer support, finance, legal, and supply chain to ensure data integrity.
