Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. Operations Engineer (Starlink Growth) to own high-impact initiatives from end to end, translating data into strategic decisions that affect Starlink’s growth trajectory and profitability.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Supply Chain to define KPIs, build analytical tools, and mentor analysts while improving retention, churn reduction, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, CS, Data Science, Physics, or STEM.
• 5+ years in operations, growth, analytics, product management, or similar high-impact roles.
• 3+ years in Python or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own major initiatives to improve customer experience, retention, and lifetime value.
• Identify defects; design scalable cross-functional solutions.
• Analyze end-user metrics to uncover churn drivers and growth opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks for retention risks.
• Lead large-scale experiments including A/B tests and campaigns.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, Support, Legal, and Supply Chain.
