Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. GLOBAL OPERATIONS ENGINEER to own high-impact initiatives end-to-end for Starlink. You will identify complex problems, translate data into strategic decisions, and drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will design lean data frameworks, partner with leadership to prioritize work, and own projects from scope to delivery while ensuring scalable, repeatable processes across logistics, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in an operations, process improvement, manufacturing, and/or consulting environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of process improvement using first-principles to eliminate waste and scale self-service.
• Identify defects, determine root causes, and drive scalable solutions.
• Design lean data frameworks surfacing signals across customer journey and operations.
