Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Operations Engineer for Starlink to drive initiatives that improve how Starlink operates. You will identify problems, develop scalable solutions, and collaborate with design, engineering, logistics, and other teams to optimize customer experience and internal operations.

You will codify best practices, maintain data tracking tools, and manage projects with aggressive timelines while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or STEM field.
• 2+ years in operations, process improvement, manufacturing, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Improve self-service, accelerate resolution, and scale processes across teams.
• Identify root causes and develop scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain data analysis and tracking tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to create feedback loops.
• Support prioritization, resource allocation, and sustainable solutions.
• Manage projects with aggressive timelines and clear communication.
• Participate in design reviews and beta programs for new products and processes.
