Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Director to independently lead and grow this branch. You will receive ongoing corporate training and support while driving marketing, referrals, staffing, client relations, and financial management.

The role requires proven leadership, sales and business development success, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee staffing, onboarding, and on-call coverage, while shaping a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with experience managing a team.
• Experience meeting sales and business development goals.

• Experience with direct recruitment and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead this branch with corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure shifts are staffed and on-call coverage is managed.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice for the territory and motivate the team.
