Cornerstone Caregiving in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Director to independently lead this in-home care branch, supported by ongoing corporate training. You will spearhead business development, manage referral partnerships, recruit and schedule staff, and ensure client satisfaction while controlling the local budget.

This senior role requires a proven leader capable of autonomous decision-making in a fast-paced environment, with relocation required before starting.

• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and staff oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and staff shifts; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build client relationships, conduct intakes, ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in P&L statements.
• Create a high-performance culture and motivate the team.
