Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the Fayetteville branch.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure shifts are properly staffed and on-call coverage.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and monitor profit and loss statements.
• Create an engaging workplace culture and motivate the team.
