Cornerstone Caregiving in Escondido, CA seeks a Director of Operations and Business Development to lead the branch with autonomy and strong corporate support. You will drive marketing, referral partnerships, staffing, in-home assessments, and client satisfaction while managing the office budget and P&L.

• Track record of meeting sales and business development goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure shifts are properly staffed.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements; lead culture and morale.
