Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Director of Operations and Business Development in Torrance, CA. You will lead this established branch, drive growth, recruit and manage staff, and foster strong referral networks with hospitals, hospices, and senior living partners.

You will oversee budgets, drive marketing, and shape the culture to attract and retain top talent, while reporting to corporate leadership and leveraging ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with team management experience.
• Track record of meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new staff and ensure all shifts are staffed; monitor on-call coverage.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create and maintain an engaging workplace culture; set tempo and morale.
