Cornerstone Caregiving in Tucson, AZ seeks a director to independently manage and lead the Tucson branch, supported by ongoing corporate training. You will develop a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider and cultivate referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.

You will hire and onboard staff, staff shifts, and oversee client intakes, satisfaction, and facilities budgeting.

• Experience leading a team.
• Track record meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice for your territory; set standards, incentivize, motivate and shape team morale.
