Cornerstone Caregiving in Williamsport, PA is seeking a director to lead this branch with full autonomy and ongoing corporate support. You will spearhead business development, build referral relationships, recruit and onboard staff, manage on-call staffing, conduct client intakes, and oversee the branch budget to drive profitability.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, offering comprehensive training and a robust profit-sharing plan in addition to a competitive base

Formación

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed.
• Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice for your territory and motivate the team.
