Cornerstone Caregiving in Philadelphia is seeking a fearless director to lead this established branch. You will own business development, staffing, and client relations, while working with ongoing corporate training and support.

This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced environment, a base salary of $100,000 plus a 10% quarterly profit share, comprehensive benefits, a company car, and unlimited PTO to attract top talent. You will build strong teams and drive growth for the local office.

Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time M-F

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead this branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new staff and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.
• Monitor on-call duties and respond to client, caregiver, and partner calls.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create a workplace culture that motivates and sets high standards.
