Dentsu Growth is seeking a Growth New Business Manager in New York to drive demand generation, support RFIs and pitch development, and align marketing execution with cross-practice opportunities. You will partner with SMEs and Practice Area leads to create compelling campaigns and materials that win new business.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong writing, and program management, with a focus on accelerating growth across the agency and delivering integrated pitches to clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital marketing, media, ad-tech, or client-side marketing with project execution.
• Experience contributing to successful pitch efforts within 18 months.
• Understanding of new business processes and marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support cross-functional teams with RFIs, pitch materials, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate across Practice Areas to identify opportunities and centralize growth efforts.
• Coordinate with lead-gen to create outreach campaigns for growth opportunities.
• Vet and qualify inbound opportunities with background research.
• Develop integrated pitch processes, playbooks and templates.
• Source and refine thought leadership content with SMEs and Practice Leads.
• Ensure alignment of marketing programs with prospect motivations.
