Collaboration with SMEs and marketing teams is essential for success. The role emphasizes strategic support for RFIs, pitch development, and marketing execution, with a focus on timely, high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years supporting new business initiatives, preferably in advertising/marketing.
• Experience with RFIs, RFPs, and pitch management in client-focused environments.
• Proficiency with Teams, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full pitch lifecycle from intake to submission and presentation delivery.
• Develop strategic, client-focused proposals and presentations with SMEs across Practice Areas.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality, timely pitch submissions.
