Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, growth, or senior leadership roles within a media, creative, or integrated agency environment.
• Proven record of winning large‑scale, competitive, integrated pitches at the highest level.
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new business strategy, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities across target markets and industries.
• Oversee daily growth operations, including status meetings, deliverable tracking, resource alignment, and milestone management.
• Build and manage detailed timing plans to ensure seamless opportunity mapping and engagement.
• Lead credentials presentations, pitch meetings, and the completion of RFP/RFI submissions.
• Maintain daily communication with agency leaders and SMEs to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to shape growth strategy and convert inbound opportunities.
• Develop forecasting models and reporting frameworks to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
