Job summary

Dentsu in Chicago is seeking a New Business Growth Manager who will drive growth across the organization by supporting RFIs, pitch development, and marketing execution. You will collaborate with SMEs and Practice Area leads to deliver high-impact campaigns and materials.

The role requires 2–4 years in new business growth, experience with cross-functional teams, and proficiency with Salesforce, MS Teams, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in new business growth and development, ideally in advertising or client-side marketing.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with collaboration and marketing tools such as MS Teams, Salesforce.com, Google Suite and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support RFIs, pitch materials, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate across Practice Areas to identify opportunities and centralize growth efforts.
• Coordinate with lead-gen to create outreach campaigns to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Support vetting and qualification for inbound opportunities with background research.
• Develop integrated pitch processes, playbooks and templates to operationalize cross-practice collaboration.
