Dentsu Solutions seeks a New Business Growth Manager to drive growth, support RFIs and pitch development, and align marketing programs with prospect motivations. You will collaborate with SMEs and Practice Area leads to deliver high-impact campaigns, materials, and event strategies aligned to our targeting approach.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in growth roles (advertising/digital media), strong writing/editing skills, and fluency with Salesforce, MS Teams, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in new business growth and development in advertising, digital media, ad-tech, or marketing.
• Experience contributing to successful pitch efforts within the last 18 months.
• Proficiency with collaboration and marketing tools such as MS Teams, Salesforce.com, Google Suite and project management platforms.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support RFIs, pitch materials, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate across Practice Areas to identify opportunities and centralize growth efforts.
• Coordinate with lead-gen to create outreach campaigns.
• Develop integrated pitch processes, playbooks, and templates.

• Source and refine thought leadership content and align marketing programs with prospect motivations.
