Job summary

Burger King Whitman, MA is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll supervise teammates, coach staff, manage schedules, and help meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness goals.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, excellent guest service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role with room to grow within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling for QSC targets.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers and cash handling.
• Reviews inventory and orders.
• Evaluates cost controls and planning.
• Monitors people charts and adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules; on-boarding of new members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs.
