• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory for efficient purchasing and cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
