Job summary

Burger King is hiring a qualified supervisor to lead restaurant operations at our Quincy location. You will develop servant leaders, ensure memorable guest experiences, and balance staff development with financial goals.

You will train new team members, run engaging huddles, coach service behaviors, and maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness standards while optimizing scheduling and costs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and ops standards are delivered.
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics via action plans.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and on-boards new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
