Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc, a Burger King franchise in Whitman, MA, is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

You will develop Servant Leaders, train new hires, monitor service speed, ensure HACCP compliance, manage schedules, and partner with the GM to drive quality, guest satisfaction, and performance metrics in a busy restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must present a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Motivate staff, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.
• Open to all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences demanding repeat visits.
• Balance employee and guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead engaging team huddles to inform and motivate.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build shift supervisor capability and succession.
• Regularly thank the team and celebrate success.
• Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, feedback, celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming, clean, and duty-ready.
• Maintain product quality and operation standards.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Review sales and schedules to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing charts and adjust production planning.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Address employee needs through operational assessments.
