Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to keep team motivated, resolve conflicts and make decisions.
• Available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leadership by prioritizing people and restaurant goals.
• Create memorable guest experiences with service excellence.
• Maintain balance between guest/employee experience and financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
• Develop shift supervisors and prepare them for advancement.
• Acknowledge and celebrate team successes.
• Coach brand service behaviors: train, observe, provide feedback, celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Maintain product quality and ops standards.
• Collaborate with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and planning; adjust as needed.
• Create schedules and onboard new team members.
• Address employee needs through action plans and operational assessments.
