Qualifications

• A Customer Service Rep needs an associate degree or 1-2 years of progressive office/customer service experience or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to report to assigned office location during in-office workdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry and maintenance, backlog review, and reporting.
• Maintain and develop spreadsheets to support branch needs.
• Provide back up support for sales team and help grow sales with select accounts.
• Collaborate with inside team to deliver high level service to customers and suppliers.
• Develop professional relationships with internal support personnel.
