Heilind is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Austin to support Inside Sales and Branch Management while learning key areas of the business. This role is the first step toward an amazing career in sales within the organization.

You will handle order entry, reports, backlog reviews, and branch administration, while backing up the sales team and helping grow select accounts. A strong multitasker with Excel proficiency will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1-2 years of progressive office experience.
• US Person as defined by ITAR; ability to work in assigned office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry and maintenance for branch needs.
• Produce reports and manage backlog reviews.
• Maintain spreadsheets and provide branch administrative support.
• Provide back-up support for the sales team with customers.
• Help grow sales with certain accounts and maintain professional relations.
