Heilind Electronics in Highland Heights, OH, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support Inside Sales staff and branch management while learning our business for growth opportunities.

You will handle order entry, reporting, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration, plus provide branch support and backup for the sales team to grow accounts.

A candidate must manage multiple priorities, build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, and contribute to delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in an office or related customer service environment.
• US Person as defined by ITAR; eligible to work in the United States.
• Report to assigned office location during scheduled in-office workdays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organization and multitasking ability.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word; proficient in customer service practices.

Responsabilités

• Handle order entry and maintenance, reporting, and backlog review.
• Provide branch administrative support and back up for the sales team.
• Assist in growing sales with certain accounts through proactive service.
• Manage multiple daily priorities at a quick pace and maintain professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer relationships.
