Heilind Electronics in the United States is seeking a Business Development & Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative, sales, and management support for the branch. You will back up the sales team on customer needs and work with inside sales, field sales, and management to grow Heilind's business across assigned accounts.

Two years of sales/marketing or sales support experience are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Formación

• At least two years of sales/marketing or sales support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience; CPSP or Customer Care Professional Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative, sales and management support for the branch.
• Back up the sales team on customer needs and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Grow Heilind's business by identifying opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborating with field sales.
• Meet branch leadership within the first weeks to understand objectives and align on priorities.
