Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager to sit at the intersection of marketing strategy and analytics. You will help decide where to spend, set targets with Finance, and maximize revenue yield from demand.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations.
• Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders, including a VP.
• Comfortable with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and BI/visualization tools to move quickly through data.

Responsibilities

• Target setting and impact measurement for the Growth marketing organization, including channel targets and budget allocation.
• Executive reporting and cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and marketing to focus on same ICPs.
• Own the Growth pipeline model and ensure marketing contributes to required coverage and pipeline.
• Experimentation and optimization of campaigns, landing pages, emails, and offers to improve ROI.
• Capacity and headcount planning tied to targets and resource allocation.
