Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a strategic Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy for our high-impact web experiences. You will partner with Web Design, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and executives to drive measurable growth from concept to launch.

You will balance long-term planning with hands-on execution, building scalable experimentation and measurement frameworks, while directly writing requirements and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, conversion, and pipeline generation.
• Write comprehensive BRDs to translate vision into strategic implementation plans.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving initiatives from concept through launch, measurement and optimization.
• Expertise in behavioral analytics, experimentation strategy, conversion optimization, and turning insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com and other high-impact web experiences.
• Own end-to-end web growth initiatives from planning through launch and optimization.
• Drive alignment across complex initiatives balancing business impact, UX, and feasibility.
• Write BRDs to translate vision into implementation plans for cross-functional teams.
• Leverage analytics and user research to identify opportunities and optimize journeys.
• Develop experimentation roadmaps for key user journeys to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and leadership to influence priorities.
• Identify AI, personalization, and web tech opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Mentor teammates and raise the maturity of the web/marketing org.
