Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager to join the GTM Strategy & Planning team. You will guide where to allocate marketing dollars, set targets with Finance, and optimize revenue yield from demand across PLG and sales-led motions.

The role offers hybrid work across offices including Denver, Oakland, Austin, and NYC. You will translate performance data into investments and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations.
• Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly target setting for Growth marketing, including channel-level targets and budget allocation.
• Own marketing ROI analysis: CAC, cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and velocity.
• Develop segment and region views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions.
• Drive executive reporting and cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Experiment with landing pages, emails, and ads to optimize spend and pipeline ROI.
