Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager to join our GTM Strategy & Planning team. You will partner with Finance and Marketing leadership to set targets, allocate budget, and maximize revenue yield across demand channels.

You’ll translate performance data into investment decisions, drive ICP alignment, and build dashboards with cross-functional partners. This role blends data, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including channel-level targets and budget allocation.
• Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and channel mix.
• Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by channel, and marketing efficiency ratios.
• Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions.
• Design experiments to optimize marketing spend and pipeline ROI.
• Own capacity and headcount planning for the Growth marketing organization.
