Fivetran is seeking a Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager to shape the long‑term growth strategy for high‑impact web experiences. You will own initiatives end‑to‑end and partner with Web Design, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership to drive measurable outcomes.

You will establish scalable experimentation, analytics, and operational processes while writing BRDs, analyzing data, launching tests, and refining customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience developing long-term web growth strategies to drive measurable outcomes.
• Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end from concept through launch and optimization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high‑impact web experiences.
• Own high‑impact web growth initiatives end‑to‑end, from strategic planning and requirements gathering through launch, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Drive alignment across complex initiatives balancing business impact, user experience, and technical feasibility.
• Write comprehensive BRDs to translate vision into strategic implementation plans.
• Leverage analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps across key user journeys to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
• Partner with stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver cohesive web experiences.
• Identify opportunities in AI, personalization, and new web technologies to guide roadmap direction.
• Mentor teammates and raise the overall maturity of the web/marketing org.
