Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build the SMB Ads web and organic growth engine. You will own the SMB Ads web strategy, experiment roadmap, and drive growth from first visit to activation.

Join a fast-paced team collaborating with Product, Design, Ads Engineering, Content, and Data Science to ship impactful experiences. You will lead SEO, GEO, and content-driven discovery, analyze funnels and cohorts, and scale successful experiments across pages and onboarding flows.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of growth marketing, web strategy, organic acquisition, conversion optimization, or product growth.
• Strong analytical judgment across funnels, cohorts, customer behavior, and incremental impact.
• Ownership of web experiences and experimentation programs that improve conversion from discovery to activation.
• Connect SEO, content-led discovery, and GEO with customer insight, web strategy, and product judgment.
• Hands-on growth execution with scalable technology backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB Ads web strategy and roadmap to grow qualified discovery, signup, and advertiser activation.
• Grow organic discovery through search, content, and GEO.
• Analyze journeys, funnels, and cohorts to identify conversion barriers and prioritize improvements.
• Run experiments across landing pages, messaging, navigation, personalization, offers, and conversion flows.
• Improve the journey from website visit to signup, onboarding, and first campaign with Product and Ads Engineering.
• Define instrumentation, test design, attribution, and reporting with Data Science and marketing systems teams.
• Launch useful web experiences with Content, Product Marketing, Design, Engineering, and specialists.
• Connect landing experiences to in-product, referral, and cross-sell programs; coordinate onboarding and engagement with Lifecycle Marketing.
• Use AI to accelerate research, prototyping, content, analysis, and experimentation.
