Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead campaigns across web, email, and other channels, driving engagement and purchases throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will work with product, creative, support, and sales to bring new products to market, test ideas, and translate data into actionable strategies that increase retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing as an analyst.
• Strong analytical or technical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with a passion for designing innovative customer campaigns.
• Experience with marketing email platforms and CRM/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns to drive engagement and purchases throughout the whole customer journey – from prospecting to loyal customer across web, email, and other channels.
• Design programs for key stages of the customer journey.
• Develop content and resources that empower customers to maximize the value of Formlabs products.
• Track, measure, and report on retention and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
