Formlabs is seeking a Marketing Generalist to own growth for Form Now, spanning customer acquisition, campaigns, events, and messaging. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership to translate product capabilities into compelling market positioning.

You will manage email, LinkedIn outreach, and events, while using data analytics to steer strategy and optimize performance. A data-driven, fast-paced, startup mindset is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of B2B marketing or growth experience.
• Track record of taking on projects solo, from concept through execution.
• Comfortable being customer-facing when the job calls for it.
• Strong analytically: build tracking systems and act on data.
• Have run or set up events independently.
• Growth mindset and willingness to try new approaches quickly.
• High energy and scrappy; startup-within-a-startup environment.
• Fluent with AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities using analytics across segments, channels, campaigns.
• Own campaign effectiveness end-to-end: set up and manage email and LinkedIn campaigns, measure results.
• Plan and execute events independently to reach new B2B customers.
• Align Form Now product messaging with buyer needs and positioning.
• Compile campaign analyses, competitive tracking, and channel experiments into a growth plan.
• Institutionalize A/B testing and rapid iteration as a standard practice.
