Formlabs seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy to spearhead marketing initiatives for prospects and existing customers, building loyalty through engaging campaigns and innovative strategies.

You will own the customer lifecycle from acquisition to advocacy, designing programs for key stages and partnering with product, creative, support, and sales to deliver seamless experiences. Data-driven insights will guide optimization of retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; creative campaign mindset.
• Experience with Marketo, Klaviyo, Salesforce, analytics tools, and ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns to drive engagement and purchases across channels.
• Design programs for key stages of the customer journey and lifecycle.
• Create content and resources to maximize product value across segments.
• Measure retention/engagement and report insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, creative, support, and sales to bring products to market.
