Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking an Associate, Performance Marketing to own paid media across Google's ecosystems. You will run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and use data to drive decisions.

This IC role requires 0–2 years in performance marketing with hands-on Google Shopping Ads experience and strong analytical skills. You will forecast, report to senior stakeholders, and test new growth strategies while leveraging AI tools.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in performance marketing with measurable results
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads
• Strong analytical chops to measure, decide, and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google ecosystems (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences for growth vs. efficiency
• Collaborate with Analytics on measurement, attribution, and turning results into action
• Continuously test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships to unlock scalable growth
