Formlabs in Boston, MA is seeking a Manager, Google Ads to own paid campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display. You will run day-to-day optimizations, manage budgets, and drive CAC/ROAS targets with a data-driven approach.

You are expected to forecast, explain business impact to senior stakeholders, and test new hypotheses to enable scalable growth in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google Shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to decide, measure, and prioritize impact.
• Comfort forecasting budgets and explaining business impact to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences for growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Analytics on measurement, attribution, and action.

You are a hands-on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). You'll run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder.
