Second Dinner is building an industry-leading growth team and is looking for someone to help us shape the growth team of the future.
We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-minded marketer to help scale user acquisition for MARVEL SNAP as we transition to fully in-house Publishing. You’ll lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs, and rewarded/video networks, while owning creative testing, ASO experiments, and partner coordination.
You’ll be a foundational growth hire on a lean, high-impact team during a key moment in our evolution as we bring User Acquisition entirely in-house.

We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-minded marketer to help scale user acquisition for MARVEL SNAP as we transition to entirely in-house Publishing. You will report to the Director of Growth, and your primary responsibility is to lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs, and rewarded/video networks, while owning creative testing, ASO experiments, and partner coordination. You’ll collaborate with top-tier talent across product, creative, and publishing in a high-trust, high-ownership environment where your insights won’t just be heard, they’ll shape what we do next.
Your work will directly impact the success of MARVEL SNAP and lay the groundwork for how we scale performance across the secret projects we can’t wait to reveal.

Nice to Have, But Not Necessary:
The total compensation for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 USD + equity + comprehensive benefits + potential for discretionary performance bonuses.
Individual pay within this salary range may span multiple levels within the discipline and is determined by assessed job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training. It also factors in market demands and business needs. The disclosed range is not adjusted based on location and may be subject to change or modification based on business needs in the future. Your recruiter can answer any questions about new hire total compensation during the hiring process.
